article to take to heart: the pickle jar theory.

the only thing i'll add is that i probably add salt after the water, to make a nice saturated brine.

and luckily, i do like crunchy pickles. a whole jar of them.

p.s. the article has nothing to do with pickles. really. but it doesn't hurt that i am a supersour girl...

i just spent a week without a computer and without a car. it was somewhat liberating, and was a clear illustration of how much time i typically waste on the computer. no more!

Interesting pickle jar theory. I think I'll stick with eating all the pickles instead. I do love a crunchy pickle.
